Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This policy explains how Retail Logistics Canada, a division of Integrated Freight Networks, Inc. (“we”), handles personal information connected with this website and requests sent to us. It takes into account Quebec’s private-sector privacy legislation, as modernized by Law 25, and PIPEDA where applicable.

1. Information collected and its use

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email, telephone number, origin and destination addresses, shipment details and message. We use it to respond, prepare a quote and arrange the requested services. Requests submitted through the form are stored in our WordPress website.

Website hosting and tools may also process technical information, including IP address, browser, device, pages viewed and connection time, to operate and protect the website. Avoid sending sensitive information or another person’s information that is unnecessary for your request.

2. Consent and choices

We seek the required consent for uses that are not necessary to provide your requested service, unless a legal exception applies. This policy does not replace that consent. You may withdraw consent to an optional use or disclosure by writing to us. We will explain any consequences; withdrawal does not retroactively invalidate lawful processing.

3. Cookies and website tools

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Necessary cookies support website functions and security. Statistics tools measure website traffic. Optional identification, location or profiling functions require voluntary activation by the person concerned as required by applicable law.

The website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for measurement and tag management. These tools may process browsing data and technical identifiers. Barlow fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which involves a connection from your browser to that provider. See Google’s privacy policy for its practices.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. When a consent banner is displayed, its controls allow you to choose optional categories and review your preferences. Refusing cookies may limit some functions, but you can still request services by telephone or email.

4. Access to and disclosure of information

Access is limited to staff and providers who need the information to process requests, deliver services or support the website. Depending on the service, this may include transportation partners, hosting, maintenance and email providers, and the technical providers described above. Only information needed for their role is disclosed. Information may also be disclosed where authorized or required by law. Other purposes require the applicable consent.

5. Processing outside Quebec

Some providers or partners may process information outside Quebec or Canada. Information may then be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction, including access requests from public authorities. Before a transfer subject to such requirements, we must assess privacy factors and establish the required safeguards and agreements. You may ask us for details about the providers involved.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained for the period needed for the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations. This depends on the type of file, follow-up on the request, the service relationship and recordkeeping requirements. An access request or dispute may require longer retention. Information no longer needed must be securely destroyed or anonymized where legally permitted. You may request the retention rules applicable to your file.

We limit access to information and provide safeguards suited to its sensitivity. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. If a privacy incident occurs, the measures and notices required by applicable law must be carried out.

7. Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent and, where legal conditions are met, deletion or disclosure in a structured, commonly used technological format. These rights have limits, including when retention is legally required.

Send a written request to the contact below. We may request information needed to verify your identity. Access or correction requests covered by Quebec law are handled within its statutory 30-day deadline; other requests follow the applicable deadlines. A refusal will be explained with the relevant remedies.

8. Questions, complaints and privacy contact

For questions, complaints or requests concerning your personal information, contact Angela Munden, Director of HR and the person responsible for protecting personal information, using the details below. Please include “Privacy” in the subject line.
